<h2>Improved multi-location Phones functionality</h2>
<p>Customers who have Podium Phones on multiple locations can more easily call and transfer calls between their locations. Extensions and phones from other locations are pulled down to your desk phone and web phone, along with a label indicating which location they belong to. This feature is in beta testing now &#8211; contact your Customer Success Manager to enroll in the beta.</p>

<p>Personalize message content at scale. <a href="https://podium.my.site.com/knowledgebase/s/article/Uploading-Your-Contacts-Into-Podium" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Add data to custom fields via CSV</a> or directly on the profile then add <a href="https://podium.my.site.com/knowledgebase/s/article/Creating-Custom-Contact-Fields">custom field names</a> with a colon on each side to your inbox message, templates, or bulk messages.</p>
